The Lucknow division of Indian Railways faced growing challenges in monitoring train punctuality, analyzing time lost due to operational factors, and scheduling more efficiently. RemoteState delivered a solution combining custom GPS hardware and software to track each train's movements, delays, and speed changes in detail. Challenges

Legacy technology and organizational resistance demanded extra effort in onboarding staff and extracting data from disparate sources.
