Challenges

Engineering real-time, reliable credit decision logic required scalable data infrastructure, robust integration with third-party KYC and scoring providers, and flexible workflows for multi-channel operation. Supporting seamless, error-free onboarding at point-of-sale introduced usability and reliability constraints on both mobile and web flows for retail staff and shoppers. Ensuring data privacy, regulatory compliance, and secure communications presented architectural and product hurdles.
