Bicycle Health set out to expand access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals managing opioid dependence through a fully online care model. The engagement began with mapping end-to-end treatment workflows, from prescription fulfillment to diagnostic result reporting. Backend services were developed in Golang to manage medication and test kit dispatch, incorporating automated tracking and status updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
