Replicating complex warehouse physical layouts and building processes for dynamic inventory movements required close coordination with operations experts and nimble software design. Managing quality control (QC) and various value-added workflows (repackaging, relabeling) introduced risks as sellers had diverse demands and constantly changing SKUs.
