Education Planner was built to bridge the gap between students’ aspirations and the complicated decisions required for higher education and career selection. The platform streamlines the process of profile evaluation, program discovery, and application tracking, bringing parents, counselors, and students together in a unified CRM. By automating recommendations based on student strengths and interests, the solution reduces guesswork and lifts data-driven outcomes. Real-time workflow tools, reminders, and performance analytics help students stay on target, while counselors benefit from simplified management and higher conversion rates for recommendations and placements.
Crafting an all-encompassing platform to serve students, parents, and career counselors posed significant UX and systems integration challenges. The team had to build robust matching algorithms to recommend programs and colleges accurately for broad user segments, factoring in academic backgrounds and personal growth metrics. Automating workflow for document handling, application lifecycles, and counselor reviews required deep collaboration across user journeys. Ensuring smooth onboarding, privacy, and scalable CRM management was critical, as was rigorous testing to support a variety of devices and usage patterns in educational institutions.
Initial planning focused on collaborative sessions with top counselors and career experts to map decision-making workflows and stress points for students and parents. Engineers architected multi-role dashboards and integrated data pipelines for seamless communication and profile synchronization. Recommendation logic and analytics modules were incrementally refined to support evolving academic standards and application requirements. Testing focused on mobile and desktop usability, with a strong feedback loop guiding iteration.
